The Parish Pastoral Council will have their meeting after the evening Mass.
The Office of Lay Collaboration in Ministry (OLCM) will have a session tomorrow/today at 6.30 p.m. in the A.V. Hall. Heads and Assistant Heads of all the cells and associations of our parish are invited to attend this session.
There will be a Hindi Lenten Mission tomorrow/today from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. animated by Fr. Allwyn Misquitta and team in the school hall. This will include praise and worship, adoration and Holy Eucharist. Entry and food is free. Further details are on the banner.
Senior Citizens will meet tomorrow/today after the 5.30 p.m. Mass in the multi-purpose hall.
2nd March is the first Friday of the month. There will no praise and worship after the evening Mass due to the Way of the Cross.
Next Sunday, 4th March, 19 of our youth will receive the Sacrament of Confirmation at the hands of His Lordship Bishop Barthol Barretto at the 10.30 a.m. Mass. Kindly remember them in your prayers. There will be Sunday school and 9.15 a.m. Children’s Mass for the other classes as usual.
English Lenten Mission commences from next Sunday, 4th March to 10th March at 6.30 p.m. in the Church.
The Lenten Alms Box is placed at the back of the church near the picture of Divine Mercy for those who wish to give alms. The Lenten Alms will be given to the St. Pius X College, Goregaon – the Diocesan Seminary of Bombay.
The Bombay Catholic Sabha encourages all parishioners to join them in a River March to be held on 4th March from 7 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. commencing from Rustomjee Cambridge School grounds, Dahisar (West) along the Dahisar river. This will help us to show our concern to save the environment and bring the river to its past glory.
Being the season of Lent, a Blood Donation Camp will be conducted by the Bombay Catholic Sabha, Borivali unit on Sunday, 11th March from 8 a.m. to 12 noon in the school Hall. Parishioners are requested to come and donate their blood to show their sacrifice made during Lent. Any parishioner who requires blood may contact the Bombay Catholic Sabha.
Don Bosco Youth Services is organizing a Musical Concert entitled ‘Ashes to Grace’ on Sunday, 11th March from 7 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. at Don Bosco High School quadrangle, Matunga. Further details are on the notice board.
